STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Applicability of Terms

    By placing an order with us, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions and waives any of their own standard terms. Any changes or exceptions must be agreed to in writing in advance.

  2. Processing & Delivery

    Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5–6 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services. We are not responsible for delays once the product has been handed to the delivery partner.

  3. Return & Replacement Policy

    • Returns are only accepted if the product is received damaged or broken.

    • The customer must notify us within 8 calendar days of delivery.

    • Claims must be supported with clear photos or videos sent to our official email.

    • After inspection and approval, we will either replace the product or offer a refund.

    • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or customer misuse.

  4. Limitation of Liability

    We aim to provide the best quality products and services on time. However, we do not guarantee specific results and will not be held liable for any third-party claims against the client.

  5. Claims & Complaints

    All complaints must be sent in writing to our registered business address or via email within 8 days of product delivery. Delayed claims may not be accepted.

  6. Governing Law

    These Terms and all transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Surat, India].
